What are the delivery times ?

So that our customers can benefit from the most competitive prices, we offer delivery regardless of the amount of the order. Our delivery times are between 2 and 3 weeks. After December 10 we do not guarantee the arrival of packages before Christmas.

How do I know where my package is?

To track your package in real time, please go to the tracking platform. When you are on the site, enter your email and your order number that we provided you in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking tells me the package was delivered but I haven't received anything. You can go to your city's post office with the tracking number associated with your package to find out if it is awaiting collection. If after that your package remains untraceable, Findclicker undertakes to carry out an investigation with the delivery service to detect the cause of the incident. Following the conclusion of the investigation, Findclicker may refund the order or reship it.

What happens if I don't receive my package?

After 4 weeks, if you still have not received your package, we will refund you or send you a new product upon simple request from you.

I only received 1 item out of 3 of my order, is this normal?

When you order multiple items in the same order, you will receive multiple packages. These packages may arrive with a delay of a few days depending on the carrier working with us.

I received my item broken or it does not work after a few days of use, what should I do?

If you notice a product failure upon receipt or after a few days of use, we will send you a new product at our expense and as a priority. Please attach a photo or video showing the product failure with your request.

How to exchange an item?

For any exchanges, please contact our customer support at the email address given at the bottom of this page. I want to be reimbursed You have the right to change your mind: once delivery has been made, you have 14 days to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without giving reasons, and without having to pay penalties (art. L.221-18 of the Consumer Code). You then have 14 days to return it at your expense by providing us with a package tracking number. We will refund you in full as soon as the item has been received. Please contact us so that we can send you the postal address for the return.

About Banking disputes

In the event of a dispute with Stripe or any other platform, Findclicker will no longer be held responsible for reimbursement or reshipment times. The file which concerns your situation with Findclicker will be directly transferred to the platform where the dispute was raised. This is why we advise you to contact our after-sales service directly for rapid processing of your request.
